- I am allowed to use all commissioned works as part of my portfolio and for social media postings. If you do not wish for a project to be posted on social media, please do inform me.
- I am allowed to refuse any project based on my capabilities and comfortability.
- Do not claim any of the artworks or projects created were made by any other person other than @TheChibChibi / @MuraeChi.
- All projects are for personal use only, not for commercial use except for VTuber models.
- Commercial license for regular artworks can be purchased with proper discussion.
- Reselling of any projects and artworks is strictly not permitted except with proper discussion.
- I do not do NSFW commissions.
- Rushed works with strict deadlines may be subjected to additional costs.
- I do not allow any projects or artworks to be used as any kind of non-fungible tokens (NFT) or cryptocurrency.
REGARDING PAYMENTS
- Payments for all projects and artworks are made through PayPal or Stripe.
- If PayPal is chosen as a payment method, please provide PayPal email so an invoice can be sent to you.
- The option to pay with direct bank transfer for Malaysian clients is available.
- For regular artworks, payments can either be made fully upfront or half-and-half (Half payment before the first sketch, the remaining half after the first sketch has been finalized and agreed upon).
- Payments for rigging can only be done upfront.
- No refunds will be given for projects and artworks that have been fully completed.
- Refunds will be given in case a project could not be finished due to any personal emergencies that I may encounter.
